If you are not satisfied with your Clearlii Daily contact lenses we will refund your purchase if you provide us with a valid receipt. Our Money Back Guarantee only applies to residents of Sweden.
How do I request a refund?
Send your contact lenses to us, together with your receipt from the pharmacy, and we will refund your purchase. Include details of your phone number or email address, and we will contact you to arrange your refund.

Competition Terms & Conditions
How does it work?
Each month, Clearlii gives away a year’s supply of Clearlii Daily contact lenses to 3 randomly selected winners. To take part in the competition you need to complete our questionnaire, which can be accessed via the link below. Your answers to the questions will not affect your chances of winning, as all winners are selected randomly from the total pool of participants. The competition is run on an ongoing basis, and the monthly winners are announced at the end of each month.
Who can take part?
To take part in the competition you must be 18 or older and a resident of Sweden. By taking part in the competition, you approve the use of your personal details by Clearlii AB in future marketing activities. You must enter a valid email address to take part in the competition.
Rules and terms & conditions
Winners will be contacted via email by Clearlii. If you fail to reply to our email within one week, Clearlii will randomly select a new winner.
